Paducah Beer Werks serves handcrafted beer and food, including some of their award-winning brews. The brewery opened in March 2015 in the former Greyhound bus terminal. The beer features delicious recipes that appeal to a range of tastes, whether you prefer malts or hops. There are four regular taps in addition to several guest taps and a few small batch brews. Some of the small batches worth trying include Irvin Cobb’s Rooster Rye (a golden rye), Blackened Heart Stout (a cherry chocolate), a Vanilla Bean Porter, and a Blueberry Ale. The guest taps are rotated weekly, including brews from other breweries within the county and state. You can have any beer in a sample size or pint or as part of a flight. Like the brews, the food is all handcrafted and delicious. Enjoy sandwiches, desserts, and more. The brewery is working on installing a sound stage so they can enhance their live music and performance lineups. You can head to the brewery for music from regional and local bands plus live comedy.
