Mirror Twin Brewing uses traditional methods as well as more innovative ones to deliver quality taste along with education for beer drinkers of all experience levels. They rely on a twin draft system to deliver their unique flavors and quality. The brewery has seven flagship beers, including a red ale, a brown ale, a mosaic IPA, a wheat beer, a chocolate milk stout, a Citra IPA, and a blonde ale. There are also two sets of twin drafts for four brews total. The twin drafts are identical beers except with one different ingredient and are served with one of each brew in an 8-ounce glass for the price of just one. Or check out the 13 experimental and rotating brews. These are the more unique brews, such as a honey Hefewizen, orange juice and red ale, a wheat beer with boysenberries, and cider. Mirror Twin Brewing partners with Rolling Oven Pizzeria, which has a brick and mortar location within the taproom. There are also regular events at Mirror Twin Brewing, such as donation-based yoga, tap takeovers, and trivia.
