Hofbrauhaus Newport is the first authentic Hofbrauhaus within America, getting its inspiration from the one in Munich, Germany that is over 400 years old. With this brewery and restaurant, guests can enjoy traditional Hofbrauhaus offerings. The beer is brewed fresh on site and follows the strict Bavarian purity laws. In fact, the brewing process has been unchanged since 1589. The Brew Master oversees brewing for each of the four year-round beers plus seasonal specialties. There is a monthly seasonal beer as well, which kicks off with Keg Tapping Celebrations of the Seasonal Beers on the last Wednesday of every month starting at 7 pm. In addition to the traditional Bavarian brews, Hofbrauhaus Newport provides authentic Bavarian dishes plus American favorites. Enjoy pretzels with beer cheese, soups, potato pancakes, salad, bratwurst, schnitzel, burgers, sandwiches, and desserts like apple strudel or a traditional black forest cake.
