Located in the Ponce City Market, Spiller Park Coffee is a double-sided gourmet coffee kiosk that serves artisanal espresso drinks made with beans sourced both globally and domestically and freshly baked treats. Owned by Top Chef judge Hugh Acheson and local java-scene vet Dale Donchey, the hip market-based spot has a multi-roaster program that makes use of beans from George Howell Coffee, Intelligentsia Coffee, Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters and 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters and uses locally sourced ingredients such as local nut milk to add as extras. Light bites on offer include a rotating menu of made-to-order toasts and Boston Cream doughnuts.
