Cooks & Soldiers, open for dinner seven days a week, gets its inspiration from the cuisine and people of the Basque region in France and Spain. Pintxos, similar to tapas, are found in the Basque country, traditionally served on top of bread and Pintxo Bar represent the convivial, casual aspect of Basque dining. The Cooks & Soldiers restaurant aims to recreate such an environment with its Pintxos Especiales and Pintxos Tradicionales. The Asador, the wood-fired grill, acts as the kitchen’s centerpiece, where whole seafood and meats are grilled over the hot coals. The asador dishes are made to be shared.
