Gold Hill Inn is one of Boulder's most popular family-owned restaurants, originally opened by married duo Frank and Barbara Finn in 1962. The restaurant, which is located 10 miles outside of the city's downtown district underneath the vistas of the Continental Divide, is now operated by the couple's sons and is known for its signature six-course meals, showcasing elegant American-style fare such as roast lamb leg with rosemary sauce, steak tournedos, and Aztec-style rabbit mole. Wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners are popular at the restaurant, with a limited number of bookings offered each season to ensure personalized attention. Full reception dinners can host up to 150 guests, featuring an excellent wine list and full bar to complement gourmet entree and appetizer offerings. After the wedding, couples can stay in luxury at the restaurant's full lodge, which features nine private rooms.
