Review:

Established in 1973, the Folk Art and Ethnological Museum of Macedonia and Thrace is a fascinating museum housed inside a historic building known as the Old Government House.

The four-story building was constructed in 1905 to serve as a private seaside residence for a local banker, and it's now home to an impressive collection of approximately 15,000 historical objects collected from the regions of Macedonia and Thrace. The artifacts include everything from musical instruments to weapons to hand-woven textiles, and they're displayed in themed exhibits designed to introduce visitors to various aspects of pre-industrial life.
