twenty-eight Atlantic is the signature restaurant at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club, renowned by international publications and critics such as Zagat, AAA, and Forbes as one of Cape Cod's finest dining experiences. The spectacular seaside restaurant is open seasonally between April and November, offering gorgeous views of Pleasant Bay in a classic dining room showcasing Shaker-style decor and hand-blown glass chandeliers. Elegant fare is served up nightly by executive chef James Hackney, celebrating the region's seasonal bounty. Gourmet entrees include butter-braised Atlantic lobster, ash-roasted cod loin, and charred corn and cilantro ravioli served with cotija cheese and mole sauce. For dessert, couples can enjoy delicacies such as apple pie-baked Alaska, balsamico strawberry sorbetto, and devil's food cake soup.
