Review:
CERALDI is one of Wellfleet's most unique and upscale culinary experiences, located within a beautiful 45-seat waterfront space along the gorgeous Cape Cod coastline. The restaurant, which is helmed by executive chef Michael Ceraldi, showcases a daily-rotating menu served up as part of a seven-course prix fixe experience. Two seatings are offered nightly, showcasing fare crafted with locally-sourced, seasonal, sustainable produce and meats. Dishes strive to tell the story of the Cape Cod coastal lands through cuisine, highlighting the region's natural bounty in inventive new entrees. Course-by-course wine pairings are available with all meals, focusing on Old World-style wines. Dietary preferences and restrictions can be accommodated as part of all meals with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
