Review:

Bleu is an upscale French bistro in Mashpee, Massachusetts, helmed by award-winning executive chef Frederic Feufeu, a veteran figure on the New York City culinary scene known for his work at the St. Regis Hotel, the Rainbow Room, and 14 Wall Street. The restaurant, which has been acclaimed by publications such as Zagat and has received more than a dozen consecutive Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence, offers brunch, lunch, and dinner service throughout the week, including romantic Sunday jazz brunches during the early afternoon hours. Elegant French-Atlantic coastal fusion fare served up at lunch and dinner includes filet mignon au poivre, roasted pork loin with Roquefort cheese, day-boat haddock with absinthe caper butter, and the restaurant's signature plateau de fruits de mer, which offers selections such as scallop ceviche, king crab legs, Cotuit oysters, and salmon tartare. A prix fixe menu is available Sundays through Thursdays, offering three beautifully-presented courses paired with fine wines available by the glass or by the bottle.
