Wingfoot Lake State Park is a wondrous place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Covered in groves of stately trees, lush greenery, and an exquisite lake, this is the best place for a relaxing outing with the family. The park is located just a few minutes from Akron, and there are a wealth of activities to engage in at the park thanks to their archery range, 18-hole disc golf course, dog park, ball-fields, badminton courts, mini golf course, and gold driving range. Visitors are welcome to bring their boats of no more than 10 horsepower to fish for bluegill and bass, and they can also use alternative paddle crafts.
