Mosquito Lake sits on roughly 2,500 acres of vast marshes and mature woodlands, offering wildlife a safe haven and attracting many nature lovers. It is one of the biggest lakes in Ohio, allowing for unlimited horsepower to be used on the lake. There are five launch ramps, and you can rent rom among the 250 docks available on a seasonal basis. Additionally, visitors can rent fishing boats, kayaks, pontoon boats, and paddle boats. There is also an archery range, an 18-hole disc golf course, dog park, 600-foot swimming beach, and volleyball and basketball courts. Various trails can be used for hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and mountain biking.
