Review:
The Batu Caves are a popular and iconic tourist attraction that is located in Selangor, Malaysia. Batu Caves is home to a Hindu shrine and temple, attracting thousands of tourists and worshippers each year, especially during the city’s annual Hindu festival, Thaipusam. Nestled within a limestone outcrop just north of Kuala Lumpur, there are three main caves that feature Hindu shrines and temples. The caves’ main attraction would be the oversized statue of the Hindu God, situated at the entrance. There is also a 272-step climb up a hillside next to the statue, where visitors can take in breathtaking views of the city skyline. Visitors will more than likely spot some adorable monkeys hanging around the caves.
