The Pint Shop pays homage to historic British beer houses, which populated the country throughout the 1830s following the passing of the Beer Act and are considered to be the birthplace of modern pubs. The restaurant, which was opened in 2013, recreates the vibe of authentic beer houses and "Tom and Jerry shops," showcasing industrial-chic decor and rotating chalkboard listings of draft beer offerings. More than a dozen local ales are tapped at any given time, complemented by an extensive list of experimental and top-shelf gins. High-quality pub fare is served up throughout the day, including coriander chicken kebabs, buttermilk fried chicken burgers, and clever shareables such as Scotch eggs and crispy duck flatbreads.
