The Oxbow Park provides outdoor enthusiasts and families alike with numerous opportunities to take part in a variety of outdoor recreation activities, such as picnics, fishing, camping, and hiking. This combined with Zollman Zoo makes it a great place to take kids for a day of fun. The park includes hiking trails, picnic areas, a playground, and a campground. Home to more than thirty different animal species native to the state of Minnesota, the zoo provides free admission from 10:00am until 4:00pm on a daily basis. Many of the animals can’t be released into the wild due to injuries.
