The Savannah Bananas are a Minor League Baseball team that got their start in 2016, playing out of Savannah, Georgia.
The team is part of the Coastal Plain League, and has sold out every single game during the 2017 and 2018 seasons. The team takes pride in not being the ‘average baseball team’, they do things differently, with everything geared toward creating a more rewarding fan experience. The team’s President found a puppy that had been abandoned at the ballpark, Daisy is now the bat dog for the Bananas, and one of the team’s most popular members. Kids between the ages of 6 and 13 will have the opportunity to join one of the Bananas summer baseball camps.
