Resting 8,700 meters above the city, the restaurant is accessed by hiking, biking or chair-lifting and presents a four-hour European dining experience featuring a delectable six-course meal of farm-to-table cuisine for 40 guests every evening. Live music is played from a baby grand piano while guests savor typical Norwegian fare such as Lobster and Salmon Soup, Anisette Pear Salad, and Braised Short Ribs with Jarlsburg Mashed Potatoes.
