Restaurant Louis-Hébert is a classy fine-dining destination that offers an unrivaled dining experience. Located in a beautifully maintained 95-year-old house on the bustling Grande Allée, Restaurant Louis-Hébert features several elegant dining spaces from the plush main dining room boasting exposed stone walls and warm wood accents and a solarium with bamboo chairs to a charming summer terrace with gorgeous views. Chef Hervé Toussaint creates an inventive menu of farm-to-table dishes featuring fresh seafood, prime beef and lamb dishes, homemade pasta with from-scratch sauces and sublime desserts, and an impressive wine list of more than 5,000 bottles is perfect for pairing. Restaurant Louis-Hébert is open for breakfast and dinner, Monday through Friday and dinner only on the weekends.
