Laurie Raphaël is a contemporary restaurant with a spacious yet intimate dining space, banquette seating, and romantic window seats overlooking the street. Chef Daniel Vézina is at the helm and creates seasonal menus of market-driven cuisine prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients in the form of an à la carte or a five- or ten-course tasting menu. Signature dishes include appetizers of trout gravlax, snow crab, and marrow paired with whelks, entrées of fresh walleye with fiddleheads, tender smoked loin with grilled pineapple, and duck magret served with strawberry compote.
