Simple Roots Brewing prides themselves on brewing accessible, classic beers for everyone. They have true-to-style beers such as Kolsch, pilsner, stout, and pale ale and the head brewer experiments with wild yeast, coffee, new hops, and other fun ingredients for creative brews. Simple Roots Brewing has a three-barrel brewery that they use to double brew into seven different barrel fermenters so they can produce approximately 170 gallons per brew. You can find their brews in their taproom, at area bars and restaurants, and in cans sold within a 50-mile radius. When you visit the taproom, try American Dream, Burlington Common, Elderflower Saison, Good Neighbor IPA, Kara’s Kolsch, Labor of Love, New North End IPA, or Passion, the last of which is a cross between a Saison and Gose. You can also find Simple Roots Brewing at local events and festivals throughout the year or attend a special event at the brewery, including trivia nights. Visit the taproom on Wednesdays from 4 to 8 pm, on Thursdays from 4 to 9 pm, on Fridays from 3 to 9 pm, on Saturdays from noon to 9 pm, or on Sundays from noon to 6 pm.
