Lost Nation Brewing is a brewery with a capacity of 7,000 bbl and the ability to brew all styles of lagers and ales. The brewery’s inspiration comes from European styles that are lesser known plus Vermont life. Lost Nation Brewing offers both year-round and seasonal brews. Year-round options include a Rustic Ale, Gose, Pitch Black Ale, Vermont Pilsner, Saison Lamoille, and Petit Adrennes. Limited releases include Lost Galaxy, a wheat-based session IPA; and Oktoberfest. The brewery also has a bottle share program. If you sign up for this program, you get to buy two bottles of the unique even smaller batches of beer the brewery makes several times a year. If you like one of the brews on tap, consider taking home a growler. You can also find guest taps. There are also many non-alcoholic drinks available, including ginger beer, Rookie’s Root Beer, non-alcoholic cider, and KIS Kombucha. There is also a constantly rotating food menu with things like soup, grilled cheese, tempeh Rueben, a Vermont patty melt, a smoked shrimp cocktail, a range of sandwiches, market fresh fish, and a kids’ menu.
