Not just your ordinary craft beer brewery and taproom, the Drop-In Brewing Company is also home to the American Brewers Guild Brewing School, with both owned by Steve Parkes and Christine McKeever-Parkes. The tasting room features pints, cans, and growlers to go, and a variety of merchandise and apparel, amidst a museum-like exhibit of beer history and memorabilia. Hungry? The Grapevine Grille next door and the Drop-In have a relationship that allows you to purchase your beer at the Drop-In, then take it next door to the Grapevine Grille and enjoy it with your meal. Or bring your Grapevine Grille food into the Drop-In’s taproom to eat. It’s a great arrangement! Steve Parkes brings his thirty years’ experience, plus a degree in brewing science to the Drop-In Brewing Company. It shows in his featured beers: the Sunshine & Hoppiness, Heart of Lothian, and the Red Dwarf. The Drop-In creations are few, but they are crafted to perfection. You can try them seven days a week at the Drop-In, or find them on tap all around Vermont.
