Review:

Chef Roberto Aparicio has been serving traditional Valencian cuisine at Casa Roberto since 1986. The elegant interior of the restaurant is immediately welcoming and forms the ideal backdrop for your dining experience. Rice always features prominently in Spanish cuisine and at Casa Roberto arroces (rice-based dishes cooked in a paella pan) reign supreme. Traditional Valencian paella is always on the menu, but you could be tempted to try some of the other less-famous but equally tasty versions like Arroz a Banda or Arroz Negro, cooked with black squid ink. Starters include tasty morsels like sweet red peppers stuffed with salt cod (pimientos piquillos) or delicious Serrano ham.
