Aaronap Cellars is a small-batch microwinery in Westford, overseen by winemaker Noel Powell since 2011. The winery strives to craft experimental and unique wines using traditional winemaking methods, carrying on the tradition of innovation and leadership that Massachusetts has been known for since its pilgrim days. Each small-volume batch is crafted by hand, meant to coax out flavors that reflect the unique terroir of the Westford region. White, red, rosé, and dessert wines are produced annually, including Chambourcin, Marquette, Syrah, and Carmenere varietals and unique concoctions such as maple wine. Though the company does not operate a public tasting room with standard hours, private tastings can be scheduled with advance appointment, with winery tours included for free in tasting packages.
