Triton Brewing Company and Bistro opened its new Fort Benjamin Harrison brewery bistro in 2018, which serves small plates, sandwiches, and New American entrees to pair with its exceptional craft brews. Its extensive beer list showcases creatively-named favorites such as Kilt Bill Scottish Ale, Ale Pacino Moccacino, and The Hempire Strikes Back Hemp IPA, along with a wide variety of experimentally-flavored sour beers, barrel-aged stouts, and seasonal brews. Tours of the brewery’s 10,000-square-foot facility are offered twice weekly, and a laid-back tap room facility offers a year-round beer garden and outdoor patio. Carryout sales are also offered, including four-pack cans and growler fills.
