Review:

Resting on the shores of Higgins Lake in Crawford County, Michigan, North Higgins Lake State Park is a 449-acre state park in Beaver Creek Township that offers a wealth of lakeside recreation and camping in a natural wooded environment. Based on land that was once the world's largest seedling nursery, the park is home to two campgrounds, some with water, electricity and sewerage hookups and bathrooms with showers, hot running water, and flush toilets, and two mini overnight cabins. Other facilities in the park include a beach with safe swimming, a boat launch, a picnic area, and over eight miles of trails that can be used for hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing.
