Review:

If you're looking for an aquarium-like destination that's a bit more off the beaten path, you should consider paying a visit to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center, a rescue and rehabilitation center on the beautiful Jekyll Island. The center has a strong focus on education, and visitors can learn all about sea turtles in the hands-on Exhibit Hall before heading to the Rehabilitation Pavilion to see sea turtle patients being nursed back to health. Depending on when you visit, you might also be able to participate in one of the center's guided beach walks or other programs.
