Located in Boulder, Colorado, Bookcliff Vineyards produce a large variety of wines that range from robust reds and pleasant whites to sweet dessert wines. All their wines are meticulously crafted using 100 percent grapes grown in their vineyards in Palisade, Colorado. Some of their wines are aged using oak barrels and some using stainless steel. The Bookcliff offers a guided tour of the winery and wine tasting of their wines accompanied by chocolate and cheese. They also offer a virtual tour of the vineyard. The winery also offers a range of events, chef’s dinners, library wine tastings or Fridays and a wine and cheese experience.
