Review:

Kismet is a lively all-day dining spot on Hollywood Boulevard, opened in 2017 by Sarah Hymanson and Sara Kramer, known for their work at popular area dining destination Madcapra. The charming Los Feliz restaurant showcases Mediterranean-influenced favorites throughout the day, including excellent dinner offerings like yuzu cream oyster mushrooms, carob lamb belly with roasted cabbage, and rabbit feasts for two served up with tahini, labneh, and flaky bread. Snacks like freekeh fritters and housemade barbari bread are also on the menu, complemented by a high-quality menu of mixed drinks, craft beers, apple wines, and Parlor Coffees. At brunch, diners can choose from Middle Eastern favorites like shakshukas and Persian-style kuku frittatas, stuffed with spinach, potatoes, and barberries.
