For lovers of wine, there are few things more enjoyable to do in Ramona then sampling different wines while taking in the beautiful vistas of Ramona Valley. At Woof 'n Rose Winery, visitors can do just that as the winery sits on the top of a north facing hillside in Ramona. Owned and operated by Stephen and Marilyn Kahle, Woof ‘n Rose Winery produces all of its wines exclusively from grapes grown in the Ramona Valley. In fact, a majority of the grapes used by the winery are grown in their very own vineyard. Make sure to sample the winery’s specialty, the Cabernet Franc, when you visit the Woof ‘n Rose, but don’t miss out on their other fantastic offerings either. Other varieties of wine produced at Woof ‘n Rose include Bordeaux varietals such as Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
