Review:

Founded in 2000, the Pamo Valley Winery is known not just for its amazing bottles of wine, but also for being the only winery in the entire San Diego County to be owned and run by a woman. Under the leadership and guidance of Jennifer Jenkin, the winery has blossomed into one of the finest wine producing vineyards in the area and is characterized by a strong female influence. This influence shines in each bottle of wine that Pamo Valley makes. Varieties they offer include Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah and Tempranillo. In 2008, Pamo Valley Winery added an additional vineyard in Black Canyon with varieties such as Orange Muscat, Viogner, Cabernet Sauvignon and Primitivo.
