Scenically located on the shores of Lake Jackson, where it straddles the Alabama/Florida border, Florala State Park covers over 500 acres of outdoor recreational space. The park has a total of 34 campsites of which 28 offer full hookup for your RV. The other 8 sites are primitive sites suitable for tents. Each of the campsites has picnic table and outdoor fire ring and the campground boasts showers, flushing toilets and a laundry room. There is plenty to do in the park including swimming, canoeing and kayaking on the lovely spring-fed lake. Visitors who prefer to stay on land can enjoy hiking, biking, bird-watching and walking trails.
