The lure of twin spring-fed natural swimming pools is what brings many locals to the Blue Springs State Park during a hot Alabama summer. However, the park also offers a very nice campground where visitors can set up camp and spend a few days enjoying a variety of outdoor recreations. The campground offers both modern and primitive campsites all of which have water and some of which have full electric and sewer hookup. Each campsite has a picnic table and grill and there are clean shower blocks near-by. On-site facilities include Wi-Fi, picnic pavilion and volleyball and there is a birding trail to explore.
