The Green Circle Trail around Stevens Point, Wisconsin is a scenic trail for biking and hiking that loops its way through the local area, totaling approximately twenty-seven miles in length and connecting with more than forty-five miles of other trails. The trail meanders through natural areas and secluded parks, along rivers, and over wetlands, giving hikers or bicyclists a look into the past at the days of pioneer settlements and large pineries, as well as the lore of the Plover River and the Wisconsin River. The Green Circle Trail’s main loop consists of twelve connected trail segments.
