The brewery offers guide tours in English three times a day, and although this is often the highlight of a day trip here, it's not the only thing to do. A local tour company offers excursions into the medieval tunnels under the city, and above ground, architectural highlights include the Saint Bartholomew Cathedral and the Great Synagogue.
