Review:

Built and maintained by the wealthy and powerful Liechtenstein dynasty between the 17th and 19th centuries, Lednice-Valtice is an enormous palace complex spread out over more than 100 square miles. The site consists of two separate castles connected by beautifully landscaped grounds; the castles are just over four miles apart from each other, and a shuttle service is available if needed. Visitors can also explore the grounds on boot, by bicycle, or by car, and in addition to the two main castles, other sides include the Iron Curtain Museum, a stately minaret, and the Temple of Appolon.
