Mazza Vineyards has been owned and operated by the Mazza family since 1973, tucked away along the shores of Pennsylvania's Lake Erie Wine Country in the city of North East. The winery is one of the state's largest wine production facilities today and is best known as the first American winery to produce rare ice wine varietals from frozen grapes, crafted according to traditional slow fermentation processes. Lovely red, white, and blush varietals and blends are produced year-round, including Niagara, Catawba, and Pink Concord wines. Tours and tastings are offered to the public seven days a week year-round, sampling several of the company's delectable wines and exploring its onsite production methods. Each Thursday, winery guests can also enjoy craft beer pints served up by Westfield, New York's Five & 20 Brewing Company.
