Allegro Vineyards and Winery is York County's largest winery, producing more than three dozen varietals of delicious dry and sweet wines each year. The winery, which is named for the musical term meaning "lively," was opened to the public in 1980 and strives to craft award-winning, high-quality wines each year. Wines range from traditional styles such as Cabernet, Chambourcin, Merlot, Riesling, and Viognier to excellent sparkling, sweet, and semi-sweet blends. Guests can taste wines at the company's intimate tasting room facility, which requires reservations for groups of more than six participants. A light menu of hors d'oeuvres is served to complement tastings, including cheeses, charcuteries, and crackers. Guests can also bring picnic lunches to enjoy outside on the winery's covered deck with purchased bottles or glasses of wine.

Brookmere Winery and Vineyard Inn is housed within a gorgeous restored 1866 mansion in Belleville, overseen by Cheryl and Ed Glick as a bed and breakfast inn since 1983. The winery, which is the state's only joint winery and bed and breakfast, is located on a picturesque vineyard producing estate grapes for use alongside other Pennsylvania-grown varietals in award-winning wines. Classic varietals sold throughout the year include Chardonnays, Cabernet Francs and Sauvignons, Chambourcins, and Pinot Grigios, sold alongside delectable red and white blends and sangrias. Guests can stay overnight on weekends at the winery's lovely B&B or taste wines at its downtown Abbottstown tasting room, which hosts live music performances each Friday evening.

Christian W. Klay Winery was Fayette County's first commercial winery at its opening in 1997, named in honor of founders Sharon and John Klay's young son. The winery is located on beautiful farm property formerly belonging to United States Senator William E. Crow, which has been transformed into one of the region's premiere special event venues. 15 acres of beautiful vineyards produce estate grapes for use in dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, and sweet varietals, including excellent blush, dessert, and rosé wines. Tastings and tours can be customized to meet visitor needs, including special tours and tasting sessions for large groups. Guests can also attend delightful special events such as the winery's Wine and Dine in the Woods farm-to-table dining experiences.

Clover Hill Vineyards and Winery is a family-owned winery located along Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley Wine Trail, owned and operated by Pat and John Skrip since 1985. Today, the winery has grown to produce over 75,000 gallons of high-quality wine each year, cultivating grapes across six vineyards throughout Lehigh and Berks Counties. Wine output focuses on ultra-premium varietals, including dry oak-aged reds and whites such as Vidal Blanc, Cayuga White, Sangiovese, and Chambourcin. Award-winning dry and sweet wine varietals range from classic selections such as Traminette and Riesling to fruit-forward wines emphasizing flavors such as blueberry and strawberry.
