Roni-Sue’s Chocolates have been making waves in New York City since the brand launched in 2007. Owner and chocolatier Rhonda Kave believes that excellent chocolate lies at the heart of all her unique and vibrant chocolate confections and sources all her 60% dark chocolate from MOHO chocolate in Belize, which is made from organic local Mayan cocoa beans. To infuse some of the essence of New York City into her confections Rhonda sources new and unusual ingredients from local community markets and specialty food stores. Her product list includes various truffles and chocolates, chocolate pretzels, Razzle Dazzel Bark and a special Vegan collection.
