In the Caribbean, chocolate is synonymous with the Cortes family who have been producing the finest Caribbean chocolates since 1929. Their wonderful bean-to-bar confections are made from the finest cocoa beans they can find. The chocolatier first started making their wonderful chocolates and hot chocolate in the Dominican Republic, later moving their production to Puerto Rico. The company personally selects the finest cocoa beans and takes care to support their cocoa farmers.
