Range Pond State Park is a state park and public recreation area in Androscoggin County that offers a lovely sandy beach with lifeguard-supervised swimming, limited motorized boating, fishing, kayaking, and several hiking trails.
Wrapping around the eastern end of Lower Range Pond in the town of Poland, Range Ponds State Park is a short drive from Auburn and Lewiston, and welcomes visitors who flock to the area to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, the activity centers on the waterfront and an array of watersports such as boating, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing.
