Review:

Located alongside Willowbranch Creek in the Riverside area, Willowbranch Park came to be around 1916 when former city councilman John J. Griffin worked towards establishing the park for the betterment of the community. The grounds really took a turn for the better when Dr. Harold Hume donated 1,700 azalea bushes to beautify the grounds in 1924. Till today, Willowbranch continues to be one of the most picturesque parks in the city. Features that really stand out are the Willowbranch Library, which is located on the park, the live oak tree canopies which provide shade, and the park’s baseball diamond and basketball court.
