Ya Ya Farm and Orchard is a family-friendly heirloom apple orchard in Longmont, originally founded by Percy Goss in 1896. Today, the eight-acre orchard showcases more than 1,000 spectacular fruit trees, including apple, plum, pear, and cherry trees. Visitors can pick their own apples, cherries, pears, pumpkins, vegetables, and flowers at the farm throughout the spring, summer, and fall months, with reservations required prior to all picking sessions. Families can also interact with farm animals, take tractor-drawn hayrides throughout the orchard, and purchase a variety of farm produce and baked goods from the orchard's farm stand. Each October, the orchard's Applefest fall celebration brings freshly-smoked barbecue and live bluegrass music performances to the farm, with unlimited hayrides offered for families.
