While the innovative ingredients proved to be challenging to work with, the passionate brewers successfully created spirits unlike any other. As you visit, tours of their distillery are available, as well as a visit to their beautifully designed tasting room. Inspired by a 50’s era cocktail lounge, the room marries modern and vintage elements for an upscale sampling experience. The cocktail menu is thoughtfully planned each season by Dry Land mixologists, where you can taste their growing line of drinks including the award-winning Colorado Antero Wheat Whiskey and Dry Land Cactus Spirit.
