Built between 1672 and 1680, Fort Christian is a fort built in Saint Thomas as a defense point during the Dano-Norwegian government. The National Historic Landmark is now home to the St. Thomas Museum and is filled with stunning art and interesting artifacts from the island's' history.

There is an extensive range of Amerindian relics that visitors will enjoy. There have been many renovations and additions made to the fort, and what visitors see now is a one-story Gothic revival structure that has a three-tiered tower in the center.
