Inspired by her time spent in Sweden, photographer Nikki Leigh McKean and her husband, restaurateur Victor Barry (who also owns Splendido Restaurant), opened FIKA Café in 2013. You’ll find this charming restaurant in Toronto’s Kensington Market.
