The Mayo Family Winery sources its vast variety of wines from its four vineyards. Laurel Hill Vineyard, planted in 2000, produces Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Ricci Vineyard produces the winery’s Zinfandel, and Delaney Family Vineyards produces the Petit Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery’s Malbec, Reisling, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir are sourced from Lion’s Lair at Hollister Hill. Guests have two tasting options:: Premium Tasting and Adventure Tasting. The first features familiar wines, and the second offers unique varietals. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own picnic to pair with a bottle or glass of wine in the courtyard. Reserve Room is a complete tasting experience paired with food, music, and art.
