Three generations of the Lasseter family have been working tirelessly to fine-tune their winemaking vision at Lasseter Family Winery since 2002. They have embraced winemaking as an art form, and have created memorable classic, Old World wines. This winery offers two touring and tasting options by appointment only. The 90-minute Proprietor’s Reserve Tour and Tasting starts with a stroll through their organically farmed vineyards, followed by an exploration of the Tank Room, Barrel Room, Crush Pad, and a tasting in the Wine Room. The hour-long Tour and Barrel Sampling features the alchemy of science, art, and magic in winemaking. Guests learn about barrel aging on this walking tour with four tastes of finished wines, and a barrel sample.
