Trap Brewing Company is a St. Croix Falls-based microbrewery that uses ingredients sourced primarily from the local area to create an array of both cutting-edge and classic styles of beer with a belief that a “recipe for a great tasting beer starts and ends with people.” This philosophy can be seen in how the community, patrons, and employees are treated.
