Review:

Located in one of West Virginia's best grape-growing regions, West Whitehill Winery has been growing grapes and producing delightful wines since 1981. The winery is best known for its unique specialty and dessert wines, which are made with fascinating combinations of spices, fruits, and berries, but it makes several excellent dry and semi-sweet red and white wines as well. Tours and complimentary tastings are offered Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the wines are available for sale at the winery as well as at a number of retailers in Maryland and West Virginia.
